We are pleased to announce that Christopher R. Cimini, CPA has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1, 2026. Chris brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience in real estate development, asset management, and strategic capital planning. In his role, he will oversee the Company’s financial operations, capital markets strategy, and long-term financial planning as the organization continues to manage its diverse agricultural operations and land assets to maximize shareholder value.
Chris previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Whitestone Development Partners LLC, and Commercial Street Partners LLC, where he was responsible for financial strategy and capital placement for a multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolio and development pipeline. His extensive experience in structuring complex financings, managing institutional banking and equity relationships, and guiding complex initiatives will be instrumental in supporting the company’s continued growth.
