More Than 600,000 Acres Across Florida and Texas

Landholdings

Lykes Bros. Inc. has been a leading Florida-based agribusiness for more than a century. What began as a 500-acre operation near Brooksville, Florida, has grown to more than 614,000 acres across two states. Our diverse landholdings are at the heart of everything we do—from production agriculture and recreation to ecosystem services and leasing.

THE FLORIDA RANCH
Lykes Ranch spans 339,000 acres primarily in Glades and Highlands counties, and some in Polk county. The property encompasses improved pastures, native and plantation forests, citrus groves, farmland, and native wetlands—a landscape as diverse as the operations it supports. From cattle and citrus to forestry and conservation, the Florida Ranch remains central to the Company’s agricultural legacy.

TEXAS PROPERTIES
In West Texas, the O2 Ranch covers 272,000 acres of high Chihuahuan Desert in Brewster and Presidio counties—one of the largest ranches in the state. Lykes also owns approximately 1,600 acres of farmland in South Texas in Bee and San Patricio counties, extending the Company’s agricultural reach across the region.
