Lykes Bros. is proud to share that Cari Roth, our Vice President of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, has been reappointed as chair of the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission by Governor DeSantis and confirmed by the Florida Senate. The ERC members are all selected by the Governor and the body must review and approve all standard setting rules of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Cari was originally appointed in 2005 by Governor Bush and has been reappointed subsequently by three successive Governors. Congratulations, Cari, on this recognition of your skills!
