With a heavy heart, we share the news that we lost a friend and valuable employee in a tragic accident earlier this week. Bill O’Grady worked as one of our Lykes Ranch cowboys. His skills with people, horses, and dogs, no-quit determination, and friendly good nature made Bill a friend to all who knew him and a valuable part of the Lykes cattle operation. Bill was always ready to lighten a heart, entertain the Crew, or encourage a co-worker with a story from his many years of cowboying. He will be greatly missed, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family on their loss.
Services will be in Williston, Florida on the evening of August 26.
